If I'm trying to get to sleep there's a wonderful Shoutcast channel called Cryosleep ...... the dullest ambient music ever, totally soporific....
If I want to stay awake then it's ravey dance music (of all types) and metal.... It's very hard to sleep to Motorhead for example....When I need to feel strange then The Cardiacs and The Scaramanga Six come in handy...
