I've been thinking about what to call this kitten because it doesn't seem right that we just call it 'The tabby one'.

I've decided on Janet. If it turns out to be a boy, it's still going to be Janet. :)
I like the name Killmouseki for a cat.
We call one of the terrible twins Hoover as he comes in at night and cleans up any left other cat food or steals food out of the bin. How about Lottie for a name for the cat, or have you already thought of that. Pretty kitten.
Oh what an adorable kitten!
Janet is cool, especially if he grows up to be a big fighting tom with large boy bits :)

Just lift up its tail and have a look. You will be able to see if it is male or female.
Make sure you get it neutered. You do not want it to breed because there are already far too many feral cats around making a nuisance of themselves.
Call it 'Mouse' should confuse everyone :D
Then you can call the next one 'Rat'........and so on
Sky ..........
Lucky........... he/she is lucky to have found you :)
names suggestions: cat, ferry, Shelia slayer of mice and other vermin.
tiger, girl thingy , Mrs. Betty Slocombe.
catsup.
Thanks for the replies and the name suggestions, some of them are really funny :D
I think I will stick with 'Janet', especially after lewic's bit about if it grows up to be a big fighting tom!
I forgot to say that Janet is one of our feral kittens so there is no chance of even touching her at the moment, let alone checking her bits. She is gradually becoming more confident but is nowhere near as friendly as the other feral kitten Triangle.
Triangle is going to the vet tomorrow to be neutered, if we can get her in the cage.
He's a real handsome chap!
It reminds me of the Johnny Cash song "a girl named Sue"!!
1066 the johnny cash song is "A Boy Named Sue"
My OH always says that you can tell the sex of a cat by looking at its ears. When he gets a moment to spare I will show him the picture and see what he thinks!! ;D
You could always call her bon bon. I would name all of your cats after squashes ;D
Much too pretty to be a male, I think it is a female.

Thanks for all the name suggestions :) but I think I will stick with Janet.
Please thank your husband Pauline, I'll let you know if the vet confirms it when Janet is neutered. ;)
This is Janet with Triangle the other day.
