Title: Birdsfoot trefoil as green manure

While browsing the premier seeds ebay pages, I found this.

I've heard of lots of types of green manure, but not this one, so wondered if anyone has used it?

surely clovers and suchlike  are not good as green manures for home use? Tough roots and perennial? OK if you have your own plough
