It's that time of year when I have to buy my brother a birthday present and he's really hard to buy for. I know he likes rugby (he supports England and his local rugby league team) so I was thinking about a magazine subscription. Is this a good idea and if so, which one would be best? I've googled and I was wondering if 'Rugby World' is any good? Other suggestions welcome. :)

get him a ticket to go to Strictly Come Dancing and an "I Love Gavin" tee-shirt
Have you tried www.eggcatcher.com for all things rugby related. Should have some Christmas gifts in soon!
Thanks for the replies so far. :)
Not sure I understand Bugloss' suggestion and nothing caught my eye on the website suggestion. :(
Can anyone else help?

Sorry I can't help G. Peter was a rugby addict but it always involved standing in freezing lashing rain with gale force winds followed by claret or beer!! He wasn't interested in mags.
I think Bugloss is referring to Gavin Henson - the latest rugby player to take on the "Strictly come dancing" challenge.

Oh right thanks (says G, not much the wiser having no idea who Gavin Henson is and not being a TV watcher).
My brother used to play until an injury put an end to that. These days he goes to watch regularly but at 49 I don't think replica kit is in order. I got him a year's membership to the England supporters' club a couple of years ago which I think he liked and when he was younger I bought him the shirts etc.

Why not go down to the club he used to play for the will probably sell rugby shirts
Georgie. Charlie's niece's husband is a rugby fanatic (well he is a Welshman) I will ring him tomorrow and see if he has any suggestions. Will give you a ring.
