Can acorn squash be eaten immediately or not?

Yes you can..but the full flavour will not be there yet..and the proper sweetness will come after being in storage for a while..

Ummm....I would have kept it a little longer...

Not really. I bought the seeds in Portugal from................ Lidls ;D ;D ;D. High light of my week going to Lidls.

Not sad at all. It was lovely just sauntering round with my friend & not getting in my ear, what are you going down that isle for, we don't need any of that!!!!!
