I hve just spent 2 hours trying to download Adobe Flash Player and cant seen to get it to take,to save the little hair left has anyone got any ideas,its windows xp.

Try

1 - Remove any old versions.
2 - Download this manual install http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe (http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe)

Just read Gordensveg thread regarding adobe flash player, having the same problem trying to download. Did you solve it and if so how?
