Anybody here on tiscali broadband, now Talk Talk.
If you are, can you tell me if you pay your monthly bill for the broadband in advance or in arrears.
I thought I paid in advance, when I got my mac code I also ask and it was confirmed that I pay in advance and would get a refund.
Now, 3 weeks after switching they are ringing me up demanding another months payment, saying I paid in arrears.
I can't log into my account, I have searched through old records/e-mails, and it seems I paid in advance but can not confirm one way or the other.
I too am with Talk Talk (Tiscali). I initially paid on my debit card and it was taken from my bank immediately. So I would say you probably did the same, therefore, you paid in advance.
