I am always impressed when people can grow good caulies because I can't. :(
Last time tried, they went brown and soggy in the middle, yuk.

Caulis are notoriously difficult They are very easy to produce about 3/4 inch across. I too thanks to this forum am enjoying several lovely caulis for the first time ever. Though my next challenge will be not having them all ready at once. But at the moment they are tolerating a short wait.
