My elderly neighbour forwards lots of emails but this morning when he tried the addresses won't come up ?I had a look (blind leading blind etc)and he's still got his contact list ,however he said he was "clearing"off some old emails yesterday and I wondered if he's pressed the wrong button.I've no idea what the problem is and he's not up to typing full addresses in every time.any suggestions folks ? :)
Really depends what he is using for mail..
For Outlook...
go to the Tools pull-down menu, choose Options, then click the E-Mail Options button, and the Advanced E-mail Options button. Check the box for "Suggest names while completing the To, Cc and Bcc fields.
Also sometimes the auto complete list does seem to lose itself but will right itself after a whlie
He uses a hotmail and I see from another thread they had a problem with hotmail.He said this morning he can't attach photos anymore either ? :(
