Reading the post of the new allotment site at Weston Super Mare - brought my attention to the fact that we haven't heard - for ages - of a site under threat of closure.

I think that this must be a sign of the times - unless any of you know differently?

It's good isn't it. But I feel there should still be more sites being opened.

House building is at a standstill. Wait till the economy picks up and councils get offers again.
