Title: Lifting garlic and onions
Post by: caroline7758 on July 21, 2010, 21:16:39
Dr Hessayon says to lift these on a dry day. Is this just so you can leave them on the soil to dry or are they more likely to rot if they are lifted when wet? My garlic is definitely ready for lifting but don't think we're going to get a dry day for a while. Should I lift or leave?
