Charlie hello:)

I am guessing that the sweet corn is still attached to the ground by it roots and it has just rocked over.
Get another pair of hands....straighten up the sweetcorn plant......build and firm some soil around each plant at the roots. You might want to put a stick next to each plant and tie it in to give some extra support during this windy spell we are having!

Duke :)

Corn is very shallow rooted so be careful putting a stick in, you may have to though. The other thing put a stake at each end of the row and then another stake after two rows, then  using  very stout string or rope if you have it put a rope from the stake to the end of the row, then again a bit higher till you get it three high, rope two rows together, much like you do with broad beans, so the plants sort of have a rope wall around them, If you do this with say two rows together, then another two etc etc. I think you will be OK XX Jeannine

Next year plant it deeper. It won't be affected by having been blown over, but if you look at the base of a plant, you can see that roots come out at two levels. They both need to be well buried if the plant's going to be stable.
