Title: carrots leaves going white

Any idea why my carrots where growing marvelous, then just 2 weeks ago one was whitish the leaves and looked like it had had it. (which it had) the others are going one at a time.  I pulled some up and they had not grown very well also twisted.  Also is anyones Else's Rhubarb leaves going red like the treas do in the autumn ???

my rhubarb's leaves are turning a beautiful shade of red.  I assumed it was just what they did (am new to rhubarb)

Could be the drought. Despite the rain, I noticed some more spuds starting to droop today, and the soil's still very dry under the surface.

Carrots can tolerate drought quite well so would be surprised if that was the problem.
