Weird, never seen a white one before.....
There are white

and golden

They are not popular as they are somewhat erratic in germination, and tend to be rather small often growing to little more than golf ball size. I've grown golden ones which I think are delicious, but not had any success with white ones! :)
This was all out the same packet........................it grew to the same size as the others, about grapefruit sized
We had a mixed packet too... even included some choggia... very nice :)

From a March/April sowing I've never got golden ones much bigger than a cricket ball, but not many as small as a golf ball.
On the other hand I've rarely had white ones smaller than a cricket ball - and with 'albina vereduna' often twice that width (eight times as heavy) - perfectly edible too.
One point: the gold ones aren't as sweet to eat raw/grated, but they are absolutely brilliant in stews etc. because they don't bleed. Neither do the white ones of course but without quite as much flavour.
A good compromise are the pink Chioggia ones that are stripy inside - good flavour, red(ish) colour, don't bleed and grow just as big as the red ones. Germination is pretty normal too. Worth a try.
I've grown Chioggia this year, for my mum, she says they are delicious despite the rather odd colour. I pulled some at golfball size and they were pure white, seems the stripes don't develop till they are a bit larger.
