At Betula's suggestion about sharing failures: I let the white cabbage worms get to the purple Brussel Sprouts.

That's a sad sight. I don't even try and grow any of the cabbage tribe - they are all really difficult with their pests and diseases, and it's a shame as I love sprouts.
