These were taken at Dunham Massey, near Manchester. The deer stood within a few feet of us and were not at all bothered.

We had a similar pleasure walking through Bushy Park on the way to Hampton Court on Wednesday. Signs everywhere saying not to disturb the deer but they didn't seem bothered! Lovely pics.
If they're used to people they wouldn't be. They probably mean don't chase them, or allow your dog to do so.
Lovely pics though :)
Beautiful, just love them.
Love them when they're not eating my plants.
Yes they are really pretty, thankfully I don't have a deer problem..........if I did I wouldn't say AHHHH ;)
Lovely photos, thanks for posting :) All I get are fleeting glances of them if I get an early morning train to London, they always scarper at the sound of the train!!
