Title: pumkin problem
Post by: fran071168 on July 06, 2010, 21:22:45
Hello every-one, a quick question... I have four plants of 'baby bear' pumpkins but the little fruits keep going yellow and falling off the plants (They are about an inch across at this stage). I have had the same problem in the past with patty-pans what am I doing wrong?

We are down in Cornwall and it has been very dry although we have been watering every evening.

Many thanks

Sounds like they are not being pollinated!

Try doing it manually!

Go to the page on 'pumpkins' on my website and you will find a slide show on how to do it!

I agree with Tee Gee this normally happens early in the season.
