Title: Poorly pepper
Post by: caroline7758 on June 12, 2010, 09:55:52
The top leaves on one of my peppers (variety "Amy") are coming out very wrinkled and misshapen. It is also being attacked by whitefly. It's in the greenhouse and has a couple of flower buds.None of the others of the same variety are affected. Any suggestions as to cause or cure?

The whitefly are probably the problem. Time for a spray with soft soap.......

The flies are sucking out the juice from the leaves and making them wrinkled.

A spray to discourage the flies on all the plants needs to be used because if you just treat the infected one they will simply move to the others.

Yes that`s fly-and never mind the colour it`s time to spray because they will spread

That's unanimous then! Thanks-I'm off to spray the lot now!
