Title: too late to sow swede?

haven't got round to it yet, is it too late to sow swede now? Live in the NE

its just about the right time I think. Its an overwintering veg.

I never sow until July and haven't had any problems getting a crop. Simply haven't got room for them until a few things start coming out.

Mine went in last weekend, never tried them before, as many say they're difficult - any tips???

I am off on hols for two weeks on saturday and was wondering about swedes, I looked under "search" and came up with this..

I haven't sown mine yet, I found the packet in the lottie shed, sow May- July, harvest Oct-March, mine will go direct tomorrow.  ;D ;D ;D
