Title: mower advice
Post by: tomatoada on May 15, 2010, 17:55:32
My electric cylinder mower is very heavy for me to use, and needs servicing every year.  I am thinking of buying a rotary one by Flymo.  What are the pros and cons of these, and which one is the best?  Any ladies out there in a similar position.   All advice  welcome.

Hi Tomatoada,

I am not up on these matters, but if you want to look over this review site and see what you think.

Have you tried a push one like this:

We have one and it is very easy to move. It isn't great at getting through thick grass, but if you mow regularly it is just perfect. We tend to use a strimmer over the whole thing at the start of the season then mow weekly with the push mower.
