Title: Blackcurrants have been attacked again
Post by: shirlton on May 12, 2010, 09:39:17
In just a couple of days two of the blackcurrants are smothered in what I think are aphids. All the leaves have shrivelled. Last year we blamed the sycamore trees at the back of the plot for the infestation but we got them lopped during the winter. There are ladybirds around the bushes but not enough to get rid of the bugs
