Title: frozen ham
Post by: sarah on May 10, 2010, 12:22:44
After Christmas I put a meals worth of cooked ham (from a joint) in the freezer and forgot about it until I found it yesterday.  I don't usually freeze cooked meat so I don't know if it will be OK to eat after ...5 months.  What do you think?  ???

we've just finished our christmas ham, we always cook, slice and freeze the meat, provided it's tightly wrapped, you should have no freezer burn, enjoy it  :)

My self I don't like frozen ham, it laways seems to end up watery, OK I suppose for quiche, or pea soup, or maybe an omelette, but just as ham, no thanks.
I don't like any frozen cooked meats.... qahtan
