Yes, I've thought that about the pictures you've posted in the past. Wish I had the slightest artistic ability... You must (& should) be very proud!
Excellent.
Please pass on to Caro my very best wishes for the exhibition, Tim.....not that I've quite forgiven her for selling 'Millie's hat' to someone else. That picture was MINE, I tell you!!!

Great pics
But what has she done with her website it suppresses the back ability on the browser?
Elucidate, Dig??

It's essentially a Flash move, embedded on the one page, meaning that all of the pictures are displayed within the one "movie" screen. When you navigate through the piccies, you're still on the same page if that makes sense so there is no "back" to go to as far as your browser is concerned... There is a back button at the bottom left (sometimes it changes it's name), which you may or may not have seen...
I sort of understand - Back goes to first page & Folios serves as Back?
Does one lose out by this?
Beautiful :) :) :)

I don't think so - Flash is good for graphics & makes it easy to do the nice fade in/out of images. (Just noticed earlier post, I meant movie, not move). The trouble is, the bigger the navigation buttons, the more they detract from the artwork...
Another question - why do shadows of the previous view hang on?
And I notice that the pics don't always enlarge or diminish when first clicking on them.
PS Been told to stress that it's Open House - not a Gallery.
Hope to pop in to see them at the weekend. :)
Very lovely Tim, yes Im sure you're very proud. Talented lady :D
Wish her well from me Tim :)
had i not got arm in splint and sling would have loved to .......best luck to caroline u must be v proud tim,
clx
Daren't ask why....??
It must take hours of work to produce such fine results. I wonder if the artist ever gets to benefit from their skill?
A few that I rather liked - a bit bigger than on her site.

Had hoped to get to see the pictures this weekend but a cracked windscreen put paid to all my plans. Hope it went well and she had lots of appreciative viewings/buyers. I particularly like the surfline one.
Yes - so did the buyer.
But there's still mail order!!
A cracked windscreen saved me from an embarrassing position.
