This palest pink form came from a cutting from a plant in my grandads conservatory in North Devon which finished flowering about 2 weeks ago - this has just started here. The bright pink one is a good few years old, and still has a week or so before it opens.

Ohhhhhhhhhh, I like that light pink one.
Ours are at the end of their bloom already, red/white and pink,purple/white. Pretty soon they will be banned again to the spare room. See, they have to earn their right to be in a prominent place in the living room, only way to do that is to flower hehehe.
Save me a cutting of the pale one, Emma?? = Tim
It always amazes me that such a boring looking plant can produce the most fantastic flowers in the depth of winter. I too have one of the palest pink... translucent and beautiful..only problem is it was ravaged by the puppy this spring :'( It is recovering but dont know how well it will flower this year.
Beautiful EJ!
Mine is just coming into bloom, well on one side only, now why is that?? It didn't flower at all last year, so maybe it will flower all over next year! ;D
Beautiful Emma - my orange one has just finished blooming. Also would love a piece of the pale pink one if you are trimming it down any time ;) :)

I think the pink lady became jealous, so now they are both out in their best pink frilly dresses!
Those are gorgeous Emma, how long do the flowers last?
hmmm....the palest pink is going on 3 weeks now. The dark pink has only just opened. They seem to go on forever, then suddenly, gone! They are wonderful and really brighten up the conservatory at this time of year whilst I eagerly await the bird of paradise to start flowering. ;D
aren't they gorgeous? My gran's done me a cutting of hers, so I'm very excited about getting my own!
Doris Pinks,
your Christmas Cactus should bloom if you turn it around. They absolutely don't like to be moved, so, if it has blossomed on one side -the conditions are good- and gone over, just turn it 180degrees and it should blossom again.

Ciaran
