I've been through my books, anyone any ideas, I've taken 3 cuttings for the plant sale but have no name  ??? ;D
btw, the leaves are serrated  :)

Think that one is Kerria japonica "Grandiflora" as that's what I think I've got too, but not 100% sure about the grandiflora bit - it's sort of a double flower.

Yup. Saw a couple on Sat. buying a Forsythia, a whopping 25 notes. It was 4ft though and in full flower (makes all the difference).

I've thrown pruning away bigger than that !

They also bought 6 * Lavender plants £6 a shot (5 ltr pots).

I guess thats instant gardeners for yer.  ::)

Just got son to dig up a whole load of that.  It was spreading everywhere, including next door.  I'm with ACE on that one!

I've got four in various places round and about my garden....love them.....just need to be ruthless with those suckers!  Get some excellent support canes from them at pruning time, too.
