Title: dwarf pear tree

i meant to re pot my pear tree but with work and weather problems i havent got around to doing to it, it is now blooming beautifully i guess im too late to do it now, when is the best time?

I thought container grown trees, as opposed to bare root, could be planted out/potted up at any time.

Yes they can but Debs is repotting not transplanting!
