Rosebud

I have received everything except my Rhubarb and it took ages to get a response by email from their customer care team; if found the phone was always engaged (that'll be you wanting to know where your fushias are!)

I have since found a different supplier - ordered at the weekend and received today (Mr Fothergills) and cancelled my order with T&M

That's a lovely Fuchsia, Grannyjanny, I hope you enjoy it.  I got mine from St Giles Nursery a couple of years ago and they reach to over six feet tall!

I seem to remember this same conversation an out T&M from  the last two years too. I gave up on them comletely apart from 1 seed and then only when it was on offer.

I have to say that I also have had much much better customer service from Fothergills, they sent the wrong strawberries and managed to supply the correct ones about ten days later.  No hassle just one email.

Part of my order from Jersey Plants Direct seemed to be late in arriving so I emailed them in case it had been sent and was stuck in a sorting office somewhere.  They replied straight away and my plants arrived two days later.

Just what I am going to do with over 400 bedding plants is another matter!
