Sounds like it all went very well Manics (I must have missed your original post!)was the sale on for all 3 days?
all three days, saturday was brill, sunshine and warm all day, sunday a bit disappointing, very cold and overcast, monday a bit better..running at 1,800 so far with lots more to come in, miserable beggars only made about 15.00 in donations to the alzheimers and meningitis charities we were supporting :-\
still, our donation will boost it up ;D
Glad it went well for you manics

Whatever you have raised it is all going to great causes - well done all !
yep, £..still trickling in, someone brought 3 more baskets to be filled today..it usually tails off first week in june ;D
one of the committee is thinking of doing another sale at the end of the month, I will be in Brighton ;D
Shame I live in north London, but I just love buying hanging baskets at plant sales, they are so, so brilliant. I have done my two myself this year but the one I bought at a school fete was very good and good value for £10 admired for everyone that passed my house and was well filled with plants. Strawberry plants were £1 each in Morrisons today (so expensive). I just love plant sales.
A POUND for a strawberry plant, I thought we were pushing it at 50p for a good sized one :o
Glad it has all gone so well ;D I didn't realise it was on for 3 days :o
Well done to you and everyone involved that is a fantastic amount raised.
Well I hope you enjoy Brighton after all your efforts ;D
