to be sat at the computer trying to get Leeds (or Reading) festival tickets for their offspring? 40 mins so far. At least the older two can get in free by stewarding now so it's just the youngest who needs a ticket. Bet I end up queuing at HMV in the morning for her. :(
not me, i got a few years to go for that, my eldest isnt even 2 yet :)
Caroline, I haven't checked if these sites are sold out or not, but these are the sites I use to buy tickets:
http://www.seetickets.com/see/index.asp
http://www.livenation.co.uk/index
http://www.aloud.com/
http://www.bigmouth.co.uk
http://www.ticketline.co.uk/
http://www.gigantic.com/gigantic/default.aspx
I usually have the most luck with the bottom two but I'm guessing they'll all be pretty chokka! Good luck :)
Thanks- after I'd sat for nearly two hours constantly refreshing 4 or 5 sites as they crashed repeatedly, daughter came in around 9 and by 9:30 had got onto seetickets and got one. Just checked his morning and the weekend tickets are still not sold out at Leeds. ::) At least she's happy now!
Had a similar trauma getting hold of V festival tickets, despite having an earlyibird code....eventually got them online, but it took hours..... ::)
My son has just gone to bed after camping outside HMV in Reading overnight, he says it was just like being at the festival! He tried for several hours online but couldn't get through so decided to go and buy them in the end. I think he is mad but he is happy!! ;)
The Reading weekend tickets had sold out online by 9:00 so he probably did the right thing- more fun, too!
