Changed all of mine except the one on the oven.  Don't have a manual and can't work out how to do it - we bought a second hand one off e-bay because the one we'd inherited with the house ruined Christmas day and New Year's day meals. :(  The one we have now is a Neff double oven, model (I think) 1420.  Has anyone got one of these and can they tell me how to change the digital clock????

On my Neff there are four buttons and a thingy to control the clock/timer. To change the clock, push in the two left-hand buttons, then turn the thingy until the correct time shows.

Trevor_D you are a superstar!  When the electrician put the oven in it took him ages to set the clock and then he couldn't remember how he'd done it, so thank  you!  Brilliant ovens, aren't they, even second hand

You should be able to download a free pdf copy of the instruction manual from:
http://www.neffcustomerservice.com
The link is on the bottom of the page. You just need to type in either  the E-NR (model number) or the FD number (serial number) both of which are printed on the rating plate (usually located inside the oven door).

Trevor_D you are a superstar!

I know - but keep telling me!

Actually, Baccy Man's advice is even better, because then you'd have a paper copy you can use again in the autumn!

And yes, they're brilliant ovens. We've had one since the mid-'70s - this is our second.

Thanks Baccy Man but I'd tried that.  Unfortunately it didn't like either the E-NR or the FD number.  I've had trouble downloading things from their website before - I'm still after the manual for the ex-display microwave I bought from Comet.  Fab appliances though.

I would email them & query why the manual can't be downloaded, Neffs customer service department isn't that bad they may send you a copy.
The newer model U1422 is very similar & the manual is available to download E-NR = U1422B0GB/01 as it is rare for them to make significant changes a manual for a similar model will often tell you everything you need to know anyway. They do have hard copies of the manual for the U1420 for sale in their eshop but they want £7.14 for them.

Forgot I hadn't changed the car, thought I'd set off too early this morning to get to son's orthodontics appointment......I know people usually panic when they're late but the thought of sitting around in the waiting room for an hour was depressing.
