I'm going to put some more cabbage (Greyhound) seeds in to germinate, only had 1/4 germinate last time, where is best to put them? my cool and no direct sun kitchen window sill or my sunny spare bedroom window sill?
In other words what temperature do they need to germinate? :-\
Doesn't need heat, but warm... the sunny window should be fine.. :)
I have recently sown 10 different brassicas, cabbage, sprouts, cauliflower and calabrese in a propagator.
The germination varied from 10% to 100% despite identical conditions and all new seeds.
The worst was Romanesque.

Either should be good to get them to germinate.
Cabbage will germinate with a temp of 10 deg but the persentage of germination is far to low, how do you set your seeds away.

Grew this last year but did not have a problem with it. Got lots. Put them into individual plugs.
