I would like to grow lots of onions , when do i plant them any special treatment required.

Sow in November/December indoors, somewhere bright but not too warm once they're up adn potted on, outside..... sometime towards the back of April or thereabouts.

If your planting sets, then any time now when the ground is workable. ;D ;D ;D
