Looks better when the Rice is cooked!

Recipe like almost any savoury rice - but this was Delia's.

PS - allow 10 min extra just in case thr Rice needs more liquid.

Had mine tonight and thanks Tim it did need a little more water. Very tasty indeed, but just wished I hadn't improvised with the chilli, well chillies  :o

I finally got round to trying this tonight after a very busy week. It's really delicious and will become part of our regular menu. Thank you Tim for pointing me in the direction of the recipe.
