Title: Parraffin propagator

Does anyone know where you can buy paraffin propagator's ?
An old boy down the lottie has one and wants another but can't find any,I said I'd google them(you should have seen the look he gave me ???)but I can't find any ,any suggestions ? :)

I've got an old one still (comes in handy every now andd again) but I've not seen them for at least five years (mines about ten years old)

Doubt it, they're no worse than a paraffin heater.... indeed you could make your own from one of them and some copper pipeI'd ahve thought.... it's just the electric ones are way better, the paraffin one I had was a bugger to get set up .... normally it either ran a bit too warm or else it went out.... might try to revive it for the chillis though, and the waste heat wouldn't go amiss in the GH right now.....

I see Parasene  no longer make them.
We put a standard paraffin greenhouse heater under a (metal) bench and have the unheated propagator over it.
Its worked really well in the past.
Clearly the heat is less consistent than an electric model but its good for our non electric greenhouse.

Why not just make one mines a simple wooden frame covered i polythene with the parafin heater underneath
