I got 40 x 4ft canes fom the 99p shop for £1.98.     ;D ;D ;D

Sounds like a good bargain but what do you use 4 ft canes for.  Anyone know any good bargains on 8 ft ones.

Tommies, peas, dwarf beans, netting for brassicas etc   etc   etc
20 in each pack Raymondo.  :P

We use a lot of 4ft canes for staking chrysanths and stuff. The canes from the Poundshop are quite strong if you choose the packs with the thickest canes in.

Diggeroo. We got 8' canes from Wilkies last year. They were £1.29 for 5. They were very good quality, nice & thick.
