I have used Q4 which is a vitax fertiliser and would recomend but not the potato fertiliser. It seems a bit wasteful just to spread and dig in the fertiliser where you are going to plant the spuds, What I do is prepare the ground dig/rotavate then plant the spuds with a bulb planter make hole with bulb planter, drop in spud, then drop the soil on top of the spud, then drop a bit of fertiliser above each divet, I then pull up the ridges and put a bit of fertiliser on top of the ridges, this makes sure as the spuds are coming up the feed is going down .
