Hi,

Never tried that one, May work if the conditions are right - need to watch out for wild toadstools invading, if like me you are not a mushroom expert!

As an aside, my grandad once wanted to grow mushrooms in the basement of his house - until my Granny found out he needed to put a couple of tonnes of horse poo down there as well - that put paid to his plans.

Thanks

Different types of fungi need different conditions and they won't just grow anywhere. No harm in trying I suppose but I think your chances of getting them to grow and somewhere between nil and zero  ;)

Yes it can be done but which type of mushrooms will be bet suited to your lawn will be determined by environmental factors, what type do you want to grow?
A good place to start would be.
