Outdoors - nothing if things are frozen and/or waterlogged :'(

Indoors lots ;D:
Salad greens (Mizuma, Rocket, Mixed Salad leaves, etc).
Brocolli Raab, Green Lance, Pak Choy.
Lettuce - Marvel of 4 Seasons and Ice Queen (both have similar named variants).
Broad Beans and Peas in pots for planting outside later (after suitable hardening off).
Leeks
If you have a propagator to get some heat:
Aubergines, Chillis, MicroToms - just have somewhere bright for them to grow on when they pop up- too much heat and too little light will force long straggly growth.

I hope to sow my leeks today and some chillis over the weekend...

I am about to sow onions, broad beans and leeks.    First on the windowsill in the spare room which is kept at about 15 degrees, then into the mini green houses.  The broad beans did well last year, ready  very early I remember.  Must keep a note of dates this year.

I won't be long now, another month when the weather has turned a little nicer and we can really begin with the sowing of seeds! The next month is the time to really make sure you have a plan and all the seeds and accessories for the season (who else is a seedaholic?  ::)).

Cheers
- Alex

Nothing to add really, think it's been covered, maybe some companion flowers would be good to get going now, calendula, poached egg plant, borage, marigold, lavender ..............and herbs too

BTW Twoflower your cat looks exactly the same as mine!

It might be bright enough - but a lot of chilli seeds need high temp to germinate (20-25C).

You will need some extra hear while they germinate but then you should be OK
