Title: Help with varieties, please
Post by: small on December 26, 2009, 22:38:22
I had some seeds for Christmas, from Franchi, and can't find any detail about 3 of the packs.  What I'd like to know is whether anyone on here has grown them, and if so, under glass or outdoor - and any other useful details. They are
Pepper 'Dolce di Bergamo'
Pepper 'Corno Rosso'
Tomato 'Red Cherry', which says in containers or pots, but I don't know if they would do outside (E Midlands).

Red Cherry will do fine... we had some out all summer after the Open Day...
Skins were a bit tough for my liking

Peppers of any sort I have never got to produce anything out side and neither has any one I know, they do like the warmth.

I think that they are easier to grow than tomatoes and will be very happy and not too unattractive placed in pots indoors anywhere where there is space.
