Title: countryfile goose or turkey

hello everybody
   havent been on a4a site for a time been a busy boy
   anyway countryfile asking which is best turkey or goose both of there recipes looked good had goose ourselves for the first time last christmas and it was very nice to.
does anyone have a favorite
and the weather well---a week of rain wind but dry and colder by the end of the week suppose we have been lucky when you see those poor people flooded out their homes

Hi nice to see you back phlips66.  Just seen it, we normally have bronze turkey from our farmers market, but as there are only three of us we always ask for the smallest one, this year we've decided on a special pork fillet we've had before, but I think next year we could be persuaded to have goose.  We do use goose fat for roasting quite often.
