Title: No Digging in Jan
Post by: Digeroo on December 03, 2009, 15:04:49
Our allotments are private 'vegetable' plots.  Seems the contract goes until the End Dec and will hopefully start again in Feb.  Seems we cannot pick our crops in Jan.

Luckily going on hols for part of Jan.  Also got a few things in the garden.  Leeks, parsnips,  but most of all my greens are on the allotment will have to do more Jan crops in the garden next year.

..reckon so, rather like caravan/mobile home owners who can only live in them for 11 months of the year? Offhand, can't remember the exact law which covers the landowner - but sure there is one.

Still, Digeroo, now you know, yep! you can plan your garden plottie better next year.  PS Did you ever go scrumping as a child.......? ::) :) ;D
