Does anyone know where I can get a licorice plant?

we bought one from saddad on his open day, it's died off now, don't know too much about it, maybe he knows more  ;D

Somebody on here mentioned Brandy Carr Nurseries the other day. That was the first time I realised there was such a thing in the UK.

It was zeed, under Rhubarb what sort. Zeed even mentioned licorice! Sorry to snaffle your find zeed.

You can grow it yourself from seed, as I did this year. Sadly, the slugs like it!

Nicky's Nursery sell seeds.  I hear they need scarified, soaked etc, but I'm still tempted.

That's just the problem. I feel a licorice plant coming on. No space! Help! I didn't even know about them until a short while ago!!

I shall get some seeds from Nickys but it says it takes 3-4 years for a crop.  I takes longer than asparagus.  But is cheap enough to give it a try.
