I'm still here and will be for quite a while. I have just had another check for mouth cancer. All clear for another year dispite some horrible sort of thing growing in my gob again. So not too much noise in the morning please, we are out on the tiles tonight.

They do it with a new fangled special light gadget thing now and can give you the all clear staight away. Good old NHS I ain't knocking them.

Well I did not get too bad, I usually stand by the kebab house door saying 'get behind me satan' and he usually shoves me through the door for a few slices of the elephants leg drenched in chilli sauce wrapped up in a pitta bread. But last night I resisted the temptation and we had a big greasy egg and bacon sarney when we got home.

Blimey is it me, but I am sweating my b*****ks off this morning is it hot or what.

Thankfully not by boat - don't travel well on water ;)
Travelling in the car in through the tunnel is not as comfortable as Eurostar, but you can get more bottles of wine in the back of an estate car than in hand luggage ;D
