Just got mince meat out of freezer. Fed up of Spagbog, Chilli or cottage pie. What else?

Curry?  I used to curry it quite often, just with my usual curry paste, comes out like a keema.

OK this will probably sound yuck  ;D but I do this sometimes when we want something a bit different:

500g mince
1 large onion
1 tin baked beans
1 tin chopped tomatoes
2 beef oxo cubes
2 large (or 4 small) frankfurters
1 good squirt tomato sauce
1 good squirt bbq sauce

Fry off the onions until translucent.
Add the mince and brown.
Add all the other ingredients and simmer gently for at least 30 mins.

Tastes even better if you cook it the day before and reheat (like a curry!!)

Enjoy  ;D ;D ;D

What about my one pot wonder?

Fry onion
add mince
add carrot, large(ish) pieces of potato
tin baked beans
2 oxo
bit of water
tabasco
salt & Pepper

add dumplings towards the end to make it extra rib sticking!

Lovely  :)

Oh lushy86 - a dumpling (or two) at the end would be tops.  Will do this next time.   ;D ;D ;D
