Post by: Duke Ellington on November 15, 2009, 14:06:18
Would Gardeners Question Time work as a TV show?

What a good idea, why don't you suggest it to them?

Oh no, please don't.  TV steals all the best radio programmes.   >:( :( ::)

I think I'm with Georgie on this one. Don't have a telly, and have listed to GQT for longer than I care to remember. Lovely programme. Let TV develop it's own version  :)

I understand where you and Georgie are coming from. Its just that curiosity gets the better of me and would really love to see the things the panel have been sent. When they do their features (this week from Greenford Station) I would have loved to see the stations containers.

I think a similar programme on TV could work.

Ah, I see what you mean (I enoyed that prog!). for example when someone brings in a plant etc and they are describing the problem it would be nice to see it so you could get an idea of whether or not your plants have the same problem - maybe they could make more use of the website and post photos from that weeks questions?
