Was reading one of the back issues of Organic Gardening Mag, when I came across an article on Yew - companies will pay for yew clippings (Taxol is useful in combatting cancer). One company is based in Chichester http://www.limehurst.com/. Though too late for this year, stick in a reminder in the diary for July-September for when you prune your yew...
That's interesting Multi - I have two yew trees. Never knew about the beneficial uses of the clippings. Have put the site in my favourites.
