Has anyone ever built one ?

What can I make cheap squirrel baffles from, to prevent them just climbing the posts?

I don't fancy paying £17 each (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gardman-Squirrel-Baffle/dp/B001E1DTGQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=garden&qid=1256294787&sr=8-1).

a plastic bowl (the type that those horrible disgusting trifles are sold in!! (any excuse to purchase anothere sherry trifle)  ;)
