Title: Christmas Potatoes
Post by: Alimo on October 11, 2009, 11:26:45
I must have missed some potatoes when harvesting this summer, and they are now growing quite nicely  ::)

They are Home Guard first early, so my question is would it be worthwhile to leave them and see if I get a harvest for Christmas??  I live in the west of Cornwall, so frost isn't really an issue.

I probably will give it a go - I was just wondering what you all thought.

Alimo like you I'd give it a go, and please let us know what they're like if you do!

Oky dokes - they're staying in and fingers crossed for lovely little newies for Christmas ...  I'll have to freeze some of my favourite mint for that finishing touch!
