Post by: macmac on September 23, 2009, 20:08:58
Had our first sweet potato squash today.Roasted skin on in olive oil,it was lovely.
The OH preferred it to butternut the only squash we  usually grow.Anybody else tried it ?

Macmac, is yours the white skinned variety from Real Seeds? (I've been eyeing that one up, but I'm trying to resist until they have Oca in stock & I can do a 'big' order. ;) )
