I always plant Radar and Red Electric overwinterers. The reds do tend to bolt a little more freely than the Radar - but as I have run out of stored onions by March I have those off the plot first. IMO they taste milder and sweeter eaten freash this way than the ones I harvest in June/July for storage.

This year I am planting Radar and one other yellow variety but I cant remember the name.  I am trying Red Electric  as a first time with overwintering red onions.  Never grown over winter reds before.  I usually plant whatever we get in our lottie shop and this year we got in some reds.
